1st day blogging!!

"Looks is what capture attention, personality is what keeps it up!!". Yesterday (6/17/10) was an amazing incomparable yet fun day. All in one day I gained so much but also lost a great deal. I woke up reminiscing about the previous day. I had went on a date with a guy i was so unsure about but contrary to my belief i fell for him. It was then as i lay there  that he asked me to be his. Without hesitation i agreed! I knew, anyone that could make me smile and laugh so hard had to be a part of my life. He was like none other. Later that day i had a dance show with my cousin Monai (follow her @ 13weeksofsummer.blogspot.com). That was another adventure. Although i had a eventful day i was worried about nothing more than the playoffs. Unlike many others i was a Celtics fan. As they took over the first half effortlessly, they began to lead the second half until Kobe began his manic reign. As Odom threw the ball down the court to Kobe for a layup, i watched the clock countdown in dismay. It was over! Celtics 79 to Lakers 83. I was speechless. As my brother and my boyfriend rubbed the lost in my face it was enough for me to go to sleep! As i lay in bed i rethought all of the events of my day. I gained a great man who i look forward to expanding horizons with but lost my championship ring to the Lakers. I mean hey you cant win everything.
